 When Vernon was founded, it was as if a master painter had taken a multi-hued palette and set their creativity free – softly brushing in three beautiful lakes, surrounded by picturesque hillsides and using a deep blue sky as the backdrop, daringly adding splashes of jade green, deep auburn and bright yellow.
